...a complete car intact that you need to remove everything, or a complete car with everything removed,in boxes, that you need to ID and tag n bag.

Complete car with everything in boxes.

Been through both scenarios. Everything in boxes is so much better.

If same car, complete in tact where I get to remove everything. That way I can take pictures as I go.

I once bought a car with “everything “in boxes. Even though I had my doubts I still bought it. Guess what? Everything did not include all the hard to find little parts. Never again. Kim

I would prefer one that just needs gas ! I just picked up a couple cudas , One project and the other was a extra parts car. The project car was taken apart with parts in bags and boxes ( mostly) One big plastic bin full of bagged small parts ( bagged and tagged) was all rusted and ruined from being in water and wet for who knows how long.

I'd rather have one complete and together. My project now was disassembled and placed in boxes by some dumbass 15 years ago (me) lol even tho I'm the one that took it apart and labeled everything I still cant figure out where some stuff goes and there Is stuff missing. Idk how but some how my rear door panels just vanished and my front ones got ruined in storage! My instrument cluster was ruined in storage. I have lost more stuff than I can name. Maybe it's just me and I'm not very organized but if I'm buying one I want to be the one to take it apart. If I ever have the opportunity to do another project car I'm gonna buy one running and driving (or at least complete) and work on it little by little as I drive and enjoy it instead of stripping it down to the ground every nut and bolt! Thats a bad idea imo! Unless you are a professional and have all day everyday to spend working on them. I'm my case I may only get 1-3 hours a week to work on my car. At the point I am now it feels like its gonna take forever to put all the pieces back together.

I can also tell u about another car I went to buy. 71 Challenger 383 4gear car. The motor was redone at a decent machine shop, but still there. Just needed to pay for it. The car was stripped down. Fenders, hood and doors off, interior out. He had 2 12 pack beer boxes with parts. Almost everything we could see seemed to be present except the fenders. So I kinda moved the boxes around on the floor of the garage. He asked what I was doing? I said I’m looking to see if there’s a hole in the floor down to China for the fenders and whatever may be missing. He really didn’t see the humor in it. Needless to say that buy didn’t happen. Kim
