Technically still his piece of crap if no deal was struck.
If he paid for shipping just send it back to him & be done with the lier.
If you paid for shipping keep it until he reimburses your shipping cost which is highly unlikely.

Also Guess , the 2 month of my wasted time are not worth anything. Trying to give him benefit of doubt. Time is only time not cash. Just not sure i want to spend the $25 to send it to him. Then i lose money, butt ! I have a clear conscious .
