AJ brought your ad to my attention. I'm converting my '65 Formula S from auto to 4 speed, just found the right bell housing today. I still have the original 3.23, 7-1/4 axle in my car and plan on keeping it. Do you know if the drive shaft u-joint fits the 3.23 7-1/4 axle saddle? If it doesn't would it be hard to change out?
