The 3 cylinders were so fast back then. But then came the Kawasaki 900 and they were done! They are cool to this day (3cyl).
Nice to see one in original condition.
Hard to find nowadays with the whole Cafe Racer fad that's been around for a while.
Not saying I don't like café bikes, just that I appreciate the untouched bikes just as much, if not more.
Right on!! I worked in a warehouse for Yamaha in 1978 and 1979 in Washington state and always wanted the Special but never happened. Nice bike my friend.

Three cylinder Kawasaki two stroke. Horrible chassis, great engine.
Ahhhhhh.....two stroke exhaust.........
We got my daughter a PSR-E413 quite a few years ago. As far as I know it’s still working good.

Just got home from the big MOPAR show.
It was almost 100 degrees, boy that was a fun ride home in the race car........
Tore a plug wire off on the way there, some how it got hung up on the rag joint and pulled it right out of the crimp....
But all's well that ends well! And now for a frosty adult beverage!
Ya know just setting my first place trophy next to my new living room center peice.
No big deal..

Next year the rust bucket will have the 6-71 on it and be in "top gun" with the big dogs!

Cold front blew through a hour or so ago. It's like 68° out there and breezy. Perfect for setting on the patio with a ice cold Toolman Octoberfest.

I’m washing away the pain in all my muscles from the work this weekend with beer.
It only helps a little with the aches and pains, but helps me to not care so much about them.
OMG, it all hurts so much I’m almost nauseous. I waaaay over did it.
I will finish this last one, go to bed and hope I feel better in a couple of days. It sucks getting old.

Kids talked me into a bonfire tonight....they didn’t have to try very hard! LOL...Had a beverage or 2...it was a fun day, got my dad @FISHYPETE to come over and go agate hunting with us earlier, we all did good and he’s real happy he did cause he found his biggest one ever...well over a pound, awesome job Pete!!!

Bad day, good day. My John Deere got tangled up with a stump. I replaced the blades but I bent the deck where the bearing plated bolt in. Good for me I have old tool customers that built a tool to fix that. $40 later and I'm back in business.
