Looking for a little input on camshaft selection, building a 340 six pack engine for a E body, using a kb243 piston, .039 head gasket and mildly ported J heads at 65cc, on a undecked block. Wanting to use a retrofit hydraulic roller. Car will be a 100% street car with emphasis on torque, and reasonable MPG, with a 4 speed and 3:23-3:55 rear gear...but with a slightly noticeable idle. What say you guys?

100% street you're gonna want a 112 LSA for good manners and vacuum signal. Other than that, I'd say no more than 230@ .050 and as much lift as your setup can physically stand.
