I put Areolatch locks in a few years back. There should be instructions . If not place your studs first as you would any pen set up . Then to drill for the holes in the hood. I think I used some very sticky red grease on top the studs
and shut the hood , that left marks where you will drill. My kit came with temp plates , center those to the holes and tape down . Use a drummel or something to cut out area for latches. Its pretty straight forward and they hold tight and can be adjusted. Best thing is you don't have those cables flopping around .
