There is a short ground wire that went from the column to chassis that I haven't reattached. I know where the column end attached but will have to look for the other end. Thanks.
The other end goes on the bolt that bolts the column to the dash frame. Also the 4-way flasher switch pulls out for the off position. I just finish restoring a 73 Duster floor shift column.
