I'm having a hard time finding used or aftermarket door panels for my '66 Valiant. I also don't have the original door panels to work with. I'm thinking of going a different route with some aluminum Door panels. Any advice if I choose to go this route?

Honestly tho I'm kinda backed up with work right now but if you want I can walk you through how to make aluminum door panels.

If you just want simple, no beadrolling. you could do it your self with hand tools.

It wont be as perfect as using the big shear or super fancy but it can be done. (Lots of the small panels I make are not square anyways so the shear dont help much.)

Thanks for all the pictures! That really helps get the mind going. I wasn't thinking anything complicated. Just a flat panel cut to the shape of the original panels and using the factory mounting points. Any advice you have would be amazing.

Can measure you door and metalsdepot.com can cut aluminum panel for you, can do custom sizes, good prices. Have ordered all sorts of pieces from them. Copes work is bad *** though.

He does do awesome work. I've thought about this, but I may try it on my own because of angles and curves. Thanks for the suggestion!
