When I was put on blood pressure meds, ended up on Losaritin (sp?) I was told to take it in the morning....and drink plenty of fluids thru out the day as it is a diuretic. I do know I started seating more when I started taking it...but we lived in the desert and seat is just a way of life....

When I was out in the hi desert, it was a little hotter than here in Okla., "118 three times" , closer to the sun by about 2400 feet or so , was dryer than he-- , sweat wouldn`t even show unless u were really physically busting ur ***. Here I have set in the shade , drinking ice tea and sweated my *** off. Hasn`t been any where near that bad this year, --RAIN out the *** ! Flooding , cloudy , and more predicted.
