Leak between motor and bell housing.

74 Duster, 360, A-500, 8.75 rear.
My car was working well after the transmission rebuild but I am not one to leave well enough alone. I added a higher stall convertor and 4.10 gears for better track times. I only maybe drove it 100 miles since the convertor change and it started leaking like crazy from the inspection cover. I pulled the motor to repair this leak and some other leaks on the motor as well.

I'm not sure what I was expecting but the front of the pump is dry except for a drop of fluid on 1 bottom pump bolt. The convertor is wet all around but the snout looks good. I'm thinking I must have screwed up the torque convertor seal when I slipped the new converter on. Could it be anything else?
