sweat!?

Today, low 90's, and humidity was low like 40%, usually 90% or better, and had a good wind sort of like being in central Tx hill country. Hardly broke a sweat, hardly. I will drink quite a bit of coffee in AM but hard to ever drink enough water. I will try some of the gator aide mix you can add to water maybe. I could drink 2 big bottles of the stuff on a hot sweaty day, but $60 a month for the stuff ain't on my plate! Water is free in the country!
You can make your own equivalent to Gatorade for less than 25 cents per quart. It also only has 56 calories per 8 oz serving.

Ingredients: (recipe is measured for ONE QUART of sports drink)

To Prepare: Put salt and sugar into 1 cup water and stir. Microwave mixture for one minute – stir again to dissolve completely. Add mixture along with the orange juice and lemon juice to a 32 oz bottle and then fill to the top with cold water. Shake to mix and chill as desired. (Note: many Gatorade bottles are one quart, so they are perfect to refill with this)
