No extreme makeover but in the looks department (in a week) I went from this....
to this...
over the time I've owned it, I've replaced the motor, tranny, rear end, radiator, rims/tires twice, dual exhaust, headers, power to manual steering and brakes, instrument cluster and dash pad, wiper linkage bushings and seals, and heater core.
