This is early '68 Inland, they switched to Hurst mid-year. Do want to continue with Inland? You also need to specify with or w/o console. Just tying to help.

If all else fails, it appears that your shifter mechanism can be refinished and the handle can be re-chromed.

No chrome shops in Hawaii ,Need to find someone that can do it ? I don't know Who ?
 
I use Paul's Chrome Plating in Pennsylvania. They are good but will be expensive. See what you can find first before you go that route.
 
I have a MINT handle on ebay. I also have nice shifter which is not part of the listing.
