My turn to be sad

Thank you all for the kind words. It means a lot to me and my wife. Buster loved to ride, and I feel kind of guilty for not getting the 4 door Dakota I bought my wife ready soon enough for him to ride in it. We’re having him cremated, and we’re getting his ashes distributed into 2 little urns. One for home, and one for the beach. Our beach place is a camper set up permanently in a campground in Myrtle Beach. There is a favorite place he loved to go for a walk, and pee on all the posts that have the campsite numbers on them. He had a route like a mailman, and never strayed from it. We’re going to take a tiny pinch of his ashes, and drop them at every post. Kind of like he staked a final claim...lol. I will check back in later when I can get on my computer. I don’t want to fat finger a like or agree, etc on my cell phone. Thanks again for your kind words. They have certainly brightened a sad day.

We call that checking the mail. It easily adds about 20 minutes to our walk every day, but it’s very important to our dog to be able to do that! Sounds like Buster had a great life with your family, and the post idea is perfect!!
