check the numbers on the radiator, it does not look original to me and the carb is not original. I would start looking for all non original parts. decode the fender tag and find the build sheet. you need to get it on a lift and check how solid the bones are. expect $12k for a #3 car and $19k for a #2 car. consider all options, disc brakes? light group? ash tray, glove box, trunk? fender tag and build sheet will tell. figure in its finished value after you spend all your money. #1car, trailer-ed show car never driven is $27k.
