Great progress on my friend's 56 Studebaker Power Hawk

That should be a nice car when completed. One year only. An old bachelor, carpenter in the town where I grew up bought one new and it had a 259 with a four barrel carb on the dealer lot. He said he didn't want the four barrel because it was just a way to use more gas, but it was what was available so he bought it. He was telling me this in 1970 when I asked about his car. His was sort of a deep yellow color and still in great shape in 1970. I wonder what happened to that car?
