throttle return spring set-up

I like it; it's a simple solution to the poor pull-angle of the throttle cable. With too much spring, that angle will eventually wear out your base plate at the throttle shaft. Whoever built that I think was thinking long term.
But I would fix that pull-angle as soon as possible, and get the proper Mopar adapter at the control-arm. Notice Ironmike's solution in post 11 which puts everything in a straight line
