You cannot, no, must not go by that chart for this bolt. Because it probably isn't even a "Grade 2", and it is hollow and full of holes and/or slots! I don't even think it qualifies as a "bolt". It's just a funky part that Mopar made out of some steel bar stock.
I agree 100 percent. That bolt doesn't have anything to do with that chart. I had a brain cramp there. Sorry. I just did this so I should have known better. Just snug it up tight and recheck for leaks.
