I want to buy a rebuild kit but I'm not sure if it's a Saginaw or a federal.

That's a Saginaw 100% I recently swapped from a Federal to Saginaw pump on my '70 Duster. You can tell by the bracket, shape of the reservoir and how the pressure line comes off the back side as opposed to the front on a Federal.
