Took me some time to get readjusted after our road trip for the Hot Rod Power Tour. Thought I would share some pics from along the way, including a number of A-bodies that I saw. Unfortunately, my Dart didn't make post time because it developed a problem in the front wheel I could not get repaired in time for the trip, so I had to "settle" for my 2018 T/A 392. The absolute highlight for the trip was my 16 year old son, who has had is license for only two weeks, driving much of the Tour with his granddad in a 2007 Daytona. My 13 year old daughter was my shotgun partner for the week. It was a trip of a lifetime.

This old Dodge was just modified by installing a Hellcat engine prior to the Tour. Needless to say, it got a lot of attention.

This was one of my favorites for the week. This guy was staying in our hotel in La Grange, KY. He was driving his Nova with hand controls.

2000 miles to find a car exactly like my fathers. There were also a ton of Hellcats, but very few T/A's and not another White one like mine.

Every hotel parking lot was a car cruise.

And there was a lot of burned rubber.

Alas, it came to an end in Norwalk, Ohio at Summit Motorsports Park. What an incredible week. The whole trip covered 2287 miles from home back to the driveway. We crossed 9 state lines a total of 16 times. I cannot wait to do it again. If you love cars and driving, everyone should do this at least once.
