Part out or sell a nice car???

And I’m really not talking about mostly parted out piles that were used up and left for dead 30 years ago, we are talking about the complete, possibly restored non desirables.
This was the 73 fold down seat B5 Dart Sport that came with my 74. I considered it a parts car because of how much it was actually missing plus no title.

A local guy has it now and is building it on a Roadster Shop Chassis with a new style Hemi and big *** turbos.
I couldn’t be happier but I had it listed as a parts car, I didn’t part it but figured sure someone would cut it up for how little rust there was.
I’m assuming you are meaning because it’s harder in Cali to get an old unregistered car back on the road?
