Thinking of removing the dash panels and try to repaint best I can, any tips, tricks, or pit falls to be aware of?

The very first thing to do is pull the battery cable! Remove the 5 or 6 screws that hold the cluster to the dash. Undo the clamp that secured the column to the lower dash and lower the column as much as it will allow. Tilt the cluster out from the top in order to get your hand in there to remove the speedo cable, wiring plug to the cluster and the red and black ammeter wires. Wiggle the cluster out. It will kind of fight you so push down a bit harder on the column and it will come out. Not necessary to remove the steering wheel but nice for the added room. Installation is reverse of the above.

To remove the other panels remove the glove box - carefully so it won’t tear as it’s made of pressed cardboard. Remove the heater control knobs with the appropriate size Allen wrench. Remove the PAL nuts from the back side through the instrument cluster and glove box opening. Carefully on the remove as the studs were formed of the plastic bezel. Everything else should be pretty apparent.

Thanks for the quick reply, i had heard somewhere about some screws that come in from the rear near the radio, if these aren't removed it it breaks the radio bezel. is that the case here?
By the way, the steering column is out to replace the coupler inards.

Is it necessary to remove the wiper and headlight switches from the dash panel?

Ah yes, forgot about them. They do go through the bezel and through the dash

IIRC the only thing holding the radio bezel to the dash is the first set of nuts on the radio shafts. If there is anything on the back side, it might be a couple of PAL nuts. You might be thinking of the screws that secure the HVAC controls to the dash frame which should not need to be removed. The far right dash bezel has the PAL nuts on the back side as well.

My 65 Dart GT has a metal strap that supports the radio bolted to the bottom of the dash frame and radio.

Okay, got the panels off, the panel on the glove box doen't wanna come loose, I have all the screws outta the back, any ideas?
The main panel looks good on the front, but as You can see, someone been in there before, what a mess!
The small panel to the far right of the dash, past the glove box, has two holes that have been epoxied closed, but it looks hideous to me, I think that panel came from a 270 and that was where the emblem attached.
Well should I look for better panels or try to salvage these? I know I want the glove box panel because it has a glob of epoxy on it, the small panel needs to go, don't like those holes, unless I could find a nice appropriate emblem to cover them.

Any ideas, thoughts.

I should have a few glove box panels and end panels without any holes in them

Ok, great, let Me know, I just stripped the end plate that has the two holes epoxied shut, went with Easy Off oven cleaner, slick as a whistle now.
I went on Utube and looked at Ulf's car to see exactly what the original looks like, being an old plastic model car/plane/armor builder, I have the compressor, air brushes, vented paint booth, and access to the paints necessary, even have the Bare Metal Foil sheets of chrome to do the trim, they have come a long way with the metal paints for models, that mat work better, especially around the speedo.
Film at Eleven !

Here you go: 1 end panel, 1 glove box panel without the handle and 1 ashtray

For all 3, just 1 or 2 parts. If just 1 or 2, which ones?

Right now, probably yhe small panel to the right of the glove box on the dash, as long as it doen't have any holes or gouges in it.
