Paint question

Yes, I know how I am supposed to do it. The car got hit and I replaced the fender, valance, bumper, and had to do a little work on the hood. I will go with A T/A suggestion before I base and clear it. It’s going to need a full paint at some point. The other fender and splash shield are packed with fiberglass and will also need to be replaced
