Moving rear axle back

Does anyone make a plate or spacer that mounts between the front leaf hanger and the frame to move the axle back a small amount? Im trying to create a little more space at the front of the wheelwell for a tall tire.

Ill make em for you for free prob have the material in my shop. I can use my dart as a template unless you have something diff just send me a drawing i can even slot the holes so there open on one end so all you have to do is slide it in place. And ill ship em to you no big, your just 1.5 so. Of me. Ill make em like crackedback said .
