Moving rear axle back

Does moving it that far affect the shackles? Seems like changing the angle would cause them to flatten or push them backwards?

Like ToolmanMike said it doesn't affect the swing of that rear shackle that much, but it sure helps with adjusting for tire clearance against the front of the rear fender..
