first world problems...but it still gets to me

What brand anchor rode eats props?

Full chain?

I use 25' chain and 200" of braid but I anchor in deep water. My boat has 7" of keel under her...

So at 7 to 1 scope I'm at 70 feet of line with my keel hitting the bottom.

Twin 25 lbs anchors in the bow hatch and a single 15lb in the rear.

All marked at 10 foot intervals with labeled length on pink tape through the braid.

I normally use 10 to 1 for a good set.

there is maybe 5 foot of chain, and then braided rope
i agree, i dont see how the anchor rope could have done this to the prop

maybe i hit something that ripped the blades off and didnt realize it?
that doesnt sound too plausible

there is for sure a sandbank near the shore, and i know ive hit that a few years ago when i last had it out

getting a fishfinder does sound like a good plan

now, what does the fraction mean, 7 to 1, 10 to 1, is that the angle of the anchor rope?
