Rim suggestion

Exactly!!!

I put 70k miles on my '72 Challenger with a mild 318 in it, pretty much stock except for an intake, 4 barrel carb and headers. With a set of 3.23's out pack it was plenty fun, and I drove it year round without any issues at all. Now, my Duster with it's ~400 hp 340 is a lot faster, but it's also been a ton more work and money to get it there and have it be a reliable daily driver too.

Everyone has their preference. I'd rather have tires that perform half decent than 15's, because all the tires for those are either hockey pucks, drag radials, or track only. And no one "absolutely has to" go with 17's, but it sounds like that's what the OP wants to do so why not post something useful for him instead of trying to convince him to do what you like instead?
Wtf you talking about. I was just giving my opinion. If you read the thread title is says rim "suggestions" so I made my suggestions. I'm sorry my suggestion isnt aligned with your! There are plenty of 15 tires out there. But if he dont want that i gave him my suggestion for 17s as well!
