Day at the range...
AR-7 is a breakdown rifle in .22LR. Its no rear sight adjustable M-16A2, my last rig. I could pull a group like this at 300m line during rapid fire (10 rounds, 60 seconds from 2 5-round mags). Iron sights, none of this optics stuff of today. @512Stroker, that is an amazing group. 600 yds. bench with a scope? Never have shot scope or bench but 600yds is out there. 500m line with an A2, the man size target (B-mod) has a 20" wide black target bull and my 10 rounds from a prone position was typically a 10" group. The front site post covered the entire black portion of that target. 500m line was my favorite.
