Stop in for a cup of coffee

So here’s the latest question, while I’m planning on bringing a cooler, is there any must have food/concession item at Carlisle? You know, Indy has the Ribeye sandwich, Martinsville has the Famous Hot Dogs... etc
IMO Keep it to foods that you know, and less chance of side trips.
You're on a tight schedule as it is.

Try everything and go back for what you like best again the next day. LOL
They do have lots of good food, but couldn't say if there is a 'must have'

wish I could, but no way right now. gotta see how a few things work out here. if you still have it a few months I might be interested. what size motor is it?
Knowing me it will still be here a year from now. The book value is over $2500. I just don't have it in me to work on it. I love it and keep thinking soon. But soon turns into months you know how that can be. They are a cool little car. the engine is the 2.5. It would run circles around the 2.0 neon I bought to replace it. Not trying to sell it to you I am just talking. Maybe later we can talk.

Weird stuff with the quotes. Must be my fault. Computer software never has glitches.

Morning, coffee drinkers. Mid 90s here today with thunder storms in the afternoon.
Already passing the 80 line, heading near 90 here. And same -storms likely later. Good thing is humidity drops tonight after the front moves through.

Hope we get some rain with the front.

Got to get moving here. I see some posts about how to leave themselves stranded which I'll ignore for now.

I don’t, I’m sick of rain

Actually my fault. On the first post where I changed balloons to mellons I goofed something up and it just rolled into all the subsequent replies. :BangHead:

damn close already. I've got to clean up from last two days - mostly basement which isn't too bad temperaturewise.
Not entirely. When I looked at my quoted reply it somehow someone's galleger quote was partially in there. I fixed that after you quoted it making it look like you messed up when you probably didn't.

Good thing this isn't work. LOL

Nah, that got drug along from the previous posts too. It kept including ‘quote’ in wrong place and jumbling parts of the previous message in next reply. Oops

Although... That reply is obviously to me, but the quoted message is about your basement :wtf:

I think my neighbor has gone nuts.... he’s trying to mow an entire 60 acre field with a standard size riding lawn mower. The weeds are 6 feet tall... on top of that, it had corn in it last year

It's Swinger Saturday.
Good morning.
Out to help friend replace the drive mechanism in one of these.

I think stuffing an 8 3/4 with the brakes still attached in a Dart would be easier
Hey. Wait a minute I've done that.

Good morning, calm before the storm next week of 4th vacationers, good thing with it on a Thursday they don't have us working Sun-Mon, I live for the days we are off!!

Both my parts cars have good running engines....

First round of grocery shopping done and put away... Now to see if the ham and pork shoulder that I thawed out this week are still good and get them in the oven and crock pot...

Then maybe cut up some fruit for a fruit salad... Watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, pineapple, grapes...

High school buddy that now lives in CO is in town and supposed to stop by later... Haven't seen him in 20 years....

Getting prepared for tomorrow's beach run... Snack Packs, puffed Cheetos, Cheese-zits, Ruffles and french onion dip, 12 ears of corn, 3 lbs of ground beef and 16 hamburger buns, 48 slices of American cheese, 24 pack of water bottles, 3 pack of gallons of water, and marshmallows.... Then tomorrow morning I will run to the Polish deli and pick up some fresh smoked sausage and rolls.... I have green peppers and onions for them that I have to slice up...

I need to remember to bring some folding chairs, but will most likely forget.... :BangHead:
