Get a load a this!(slant 6 with a hole)

Video looks like the #5 rod came thru the block. That seems to be fairly common. Anyone have an idea why #5? Perhaps during assembly, they had 6 guys torquing rod nuts in parallel and guy #5 set his torque wrench too low and didn't find out for 2 years? Joke. I think usually the rod breaks. But why #5? Some strange vibrational resonance? Not unheard of. Truck guys w/ the new Hemi have installed an under-drive pulley, then experienced the "toner ring" shatter. That is crank pickup slots integral with the crankshaft.
