Imo if a medical condition can hinder your driving you should loose your license! Classic car getting destroyed aside,what if that was your wife,son,or daughter he hit head on because he couldn't keep it in his lane? Someone could've been killed and next time they may.
The 'medical condition' he had may not have been known before this happened. Just a thought. But, I agree with your point, if it was a known thing, probably shouldn't drive.
