I'd run a Strip Domimator and whatever Dom tells you to run. You'll be much further ahead if you let him build you a carb than some off the shelf carb. Ignore the I bought such and such brand and just bolted it on and it's perfect.
Buy the custom carb. Cry once, pay once. In the end, his carbs fit like bespoke shoes and suits.
I am kind of leaning towards a Victor 340 intake or a Super Victor but again, only person I know using a super victor is in a 13-1 408 mid 9s dart with gutted interior, back halved race car that he calls a street car.
My car is a true street car with full interior, narrowed rear with mini tubs and tubular ladder bar rear with QA1s and tubular coilover front with Vi-King coilovers, torsion bar delete and rack. While it does have a roll bar with swing out door bars, it really is a street car.
