We have 4 Redbone Coonhounds, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Azul,, one of the girls, is terrified of noise...sadly her sister Mita is picking up the problem. The 2 boys...well...are outside barking non-stop at our neighbors lighting fireworks. So the 2 girls are all over both of us, trembling while the brothers are outside barking...

I know the feeling, my Australian Cattle Dog "Cooper" is currently hiding under my computer desk and has been there for a little more than an hour now, the kitties "Buster and Maggie" could care less about the noise.

I'd recommend bringing them indoors and leaving them in a room with the radio playing to block out the noise. Make sure they're safe.

I've seen some dogs hurt themselves badly stressing out over fireworks and thunder...

We were soooooo lucky yesterday. It started raining hard about four o'clock and didn't stop until after I went to bed. The dog didn't hardly even flinch. Tonight will probably sound like a war zone though.

I let both mine in the house for the night.
