70 Duster Ralley Dash Help

Im looking to remove, inspect and fix my ralley dash issues.
(inconsistent fuel gauge, dim lights, loose fuel gauge lens)
Would anyone be nice enough to provide me the steps to do so?
With pictures would be ideal.
1970 Duster 340 4 speed.

Yes, limiter built into fuel gauge in rallye clusters, IIRC. But plenty of info over in the tech section.

Not sure on your's, but often need to drop the column first.

Yes, you need to drop the coulmn. they make new printed circuit boards for the guages, thats probably half the problem anyway. Good luck

You can get the dash out without dropping the column, but you will likely scratch up the dash frame and column doing it that way. Put blue masking tape over the lower dash frame & column either way.
