9k, he will deliver it to me in Las Vegas with the parts I wanted and he wasn't going any lower. I've definitely got some decisions to make about it. Part of me wants to just buy it and be happy having a clean running and driving with minimal restoration project and part of me thinks I should keep waiting. Problem is I see rust buckets needing tons and tons of work around me for 6k. This car if push came to shove I'd at least get my money back from it.
