Is a '69 AMX considered a mopar A-body?

AMC heads have ports to die for. There were Mopar big block heads that used the AMC port configuration to their extreme advantage. Fred Brewer heads I believe they were. They were top of the line pro stock stuff all through the 70s. I have a local friend who has a few pairs. They are pretty badass even by today's standards. AMC engines can be made to run. Edelbrock makes heads and other engine accessories for them. Even if it's a 360, no way would I pull it for some other make. Nothing wrong with an AMC at all.......but it's not a Mopar. It's still a bowl full of badassary.
Yep, They had some good stuff if messed with. Pontiac heads were used on Pro Stocks as well until something better was modified. Mopar heads aren't all so pretty but they work with the bore/stroke and rod length we have.
