People who let rare cars rot.

I can see both sides. A man should have the freedom to keep his own property without having to worry that some government entity coming along and taking it....BUT it is a huge waste to see something just slowly fade away when it could have been saved.
I would still like to do the following to some stubborn old asssholes....
