I've got a 68 GTS. I thought the wipers would be 2 speed but mine is only one speed. The switch has 3 positions but only works in the middle position.
Is this correct?
 
Sounds like you have a 2 spd switch that is bad and only working on low speed. Think of it this way,... 2 spd switch has three positions,.... Off, Low, High. Sounds like yours is only working on low.
 
Well this is embarissing, i removed the switch to photo and one of the connections was off. I should have looked in the 1st place. All is good now
