Got a question. Does any of the bolts in the 5.9 go into the water jacket? I'm not pulling the heads.

You are probably past this question already since you are close to reassembly, but in case it comes up again the four upper water pump mounting bolts should get some thread sealer during assembly. The two I am pointing to definitely go all the way into the coolant passages of the block, just like an LA engine.
I couldn't see into the two holes above those.
