Dimples, dings, and dents in Header tubes. Any good tricks

My TTI's for the RB with Power steering are about to make nice but for me to accomplish this I need to massage some tubes. If I kill the coating so be it and I will deal with it over the winter however what I want to do is make the modifications and not look like a scene out of Braveheart lol....

So anyone got any good tricks? First time intentionally damaging header tubes so any input is appreciated.
