I have a 1969 dart with 1976 disc brakes. I cut the rotors and installed new pads and the caliper stuck. I bought a reman from the local parts store and nothing changed. I then bought both front brake hoses ( 1978 dodge aspen/calipers mounted rearward) Still stuck. bypassed the proportioning valve still stuck. took the master cylinder apart. looked good. right side spins free. bought another caliper thinking in could have been defective out of the box. still stuck. I can release pressure at the bleader,brake hose,proportioning valve,line lock, master and it will release the caliper.

I have a hurst roll control line lock that I haven't bypassed but I'm not sure how it could effect only one side.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
