Stop in for a cup of coffee

@Mattax were you the one that was going to Carlisle later in the day yesterday? It’s driving nuts as I can’t think of who I missed the link up with

I’m up again, truck is loaded and waiting on the boss to go eat some BK.
Going to stop off and say good-bye to the guys and hit the road.

I’ll bet you can find minor stuff that is not original in the survivor tent.
I couldn't figure out what made that '67 Barracuda 'survivor'. Hood closed, trunk closed, looking underneath it looked about as factory as mine.

This was amusing. Windshield, roof and trunk lid.

Good to see everyone!
Chis - sorry I didn't try to find you - I knew you were on a schedule andwere a moving target.

Car is in the garage other wise I'd take a closer look now. Didn't want to leave it on the street last night.

I'm guessing from the bridge over the Susquehanna?
OH, I see them now. Yeh they say the bug population shows the river is a healthy ecosystem. The Wrightsville bridge has a problem every spring with Mayflies. They apparently have a very short lifespan. Lights draw them in and they die over the bridge leaving them covering it several inches deep. So they started turning the lights off for their peak hatch out days.

Surprisingly few slant 6, and 273 and 318 cars in our rows.
here's a nice exception

Can hear thunder off in the distance. We are getting the rain as promised.

I was talking to Mitch about how much walking I did at Carlisle of Friday. Last year I was near 20K steps each day. My normal daily that my phone records averages le 10K. I ended up with around 14K this Friday. I managed my new record Saturday with 21,297! ... And paid for it last night. Had probably my worst leg cramps ever. :BangHead::mad: Right inner thigh locked up just before I was ready to go to sleep -sometime after midnight. Had a slight one on left side at same time, but it let go . Got that settled and went to bed. Around 3 I woke up and tried to stand and the left side dug in almost as bad as the right had done earlier. :wtf:
Both are a bit soar this morning...:mob:

Nice pic! I did get a couple of it this year. I took several of the show last year, but completely forgot to get my own. LOL Didn't get any other show pics this year. Whole thing just goes so quick. Need a week there so I don't kill myself walking in 2 days. Somehow I was trying to cover the whole thing in one day prior to last year. Just so much there... I did get back over to the Red field and did my judging sheet for the B bodies, but didn't get the last low of A's in time before I had to turn it in. I think that's where I racked up my step count. Friggin people don't all get parked in there class. At first I back tracked a little and jumped around trying to figure it out. But pretty soon said F it and did not vote for anyone parked out of their section.

@Mopar Tim @MOPARMITCH Forgot to mention the stripe was painted first - then the body color - same as we found was done originally. Also seemed like only the stripe got the red primer. The rest looked gray on the green side. it was interesting to see that when sanded down.

Yup. Same - that was my policy decision too. If you my vote, then make it easy for us judging!
I focused on the 'stock' class cars that I knew the most about, and just did what I could in the limited time.
