They shipped it me UPS today. Special father's day deal I didn't know about until after I bought my Hobart 140.
Small thing I know, but I get exited over any damn thing that gets me a little closer :)

Mine came with the same cart, I use the bottom for storage of my welding clamps which is overflowing, I need to make a higher basket to hold the clamps in.
Tip on that welder, buy the large spools of wire, it will feed alot smoother, and hook it up to gas.
I run .030" wire in mine, and it is a good compromise for welding sheet-metal up to 1/4" thick metal.
 
I have a small clear Plano fishing box that has 6 separate compartments in it. I keep my contactor tips of various sizes separated out and labeled to which size. The sizes are written on the lid over each compartment in sharpie, also have s spot in there for my torch flint strikers.
 
It's a nice little cart! And, I put it together ALL BY MYSELF!. Proud moment. :)

When you buy your bottle get a short one, the tall ones can tip the cart over.
 
Also a cheap gas grill cover, does wonders to keep the dust, dirt, over spray etc off the welder when not in use.
 
I love my little Hobart machine. I put mine on the bottom of a harbor freight steel cart, but like your setup a lot more. Good luck with it- it should last!
