1969 Barracuda 340 Formula S Restoration
Had a successful shopping trip at Carlisle Chrysler Nationals on the weekend.. Have been looking for many months for the correct 46 amp alternator for my 69 340 Cuda with AC. (2098850) . They seem to be somewhat rare. Spotted 3 alternators at one vendor and one was what I was looking for. As a bonus it was even the correct date code. Took it to Jim Ridge (Dixie Restorations) to have it restored. He said it had never been apart and still had the correct original rear bearing.
I was also looking for a set of 340 exhaust manifolds since mine are badly rust pitted. Found a REALLY NICE set but had to go to the atm to get more cash!!
