Stop in for a cup of coffee

Zman I am experimenting with a new Cerakote product now designed for painting sights. Fluorescent colors. It is a really nice product. To your point it is quite durable. Maybe overkill for your application tho?
I'm thinking so to. Good idea, but maybe to much.

MeM,
The bond between Brothers is unexplainable to anyone who does not have one. My Brother and I were thick as thieves. We rode millions of miles together side by side. I miss him terribly to this day. Give yours all the energy and strength you can. Like you I tried not to be bitter at his own families lack of attention. Be smart and be strong for him. And we will all do same for you.

I did my grill last winter when I had the dash out. I used argent paint from Herb's Parts.
Taping is required paint had the color and texture.
Just found another guy advertising MOPAR paint. He uses PPG paint which I like. He puts it in a rattle can also.
MOPAR Automotive Restoration Paint
A good place with a bunch of restoration focused guys is the moparts restoration forum. Sometimes find different info or ideas there than in here.

here's a few on argent paints.
if you me to search for anything there, just let me know. The g**gle search isn't very good.

Thank you all very very much, it's not an easy task but I will keep watching over him, it's just so hard to focus on anything other then Pete, I try to but it seems hard to put my hart and thoughts into anything else but feeding and resting myself.
His son has been here two times in 6 weeks, did not come see him on his birthday or father's day :(:BangHead::wtf:
But that has been the story since my wife call him and told him Mike will need help at least one ta two days a week so we could get out and get a break.. I got this
When my FIL lived with us, I frequently needed to remind my wife to not forget herself. You're no good to anyone else if you are coming unraveled. And we both were....Do you have anyone coming to the house to help? We were able to get 'Visiting Angles' to come in overnight (on his insurance) so we got to sleep!

Oh I meant the chrome areas on the wheel covers that are painted.
The tail panel and painted area of the center taillight bezels currently painted need to be darker.
I friend I know came by and looked at the car. He's done some 1000 point judging on Barracuda's before. He gave me a short list of things to do.
This will never be a 1000 point car because we prefer to drive it.
That makes it even more real and worth more points in my book!

Looked at my car's trunk lid springs yesterday. Would you beleive its a slightly different hinge panel?

Must be because the package shelf area is used for convertible top storage.

Try not to judge too harsh -
Do what you can and take care yourself!

Ya when we looked at it we thought it's be different because is was a vert.
Still appreciate your describing how the springs are moved.
Not much more I can do on that car.
I guess I just may get hit in the head occassionally.
Won't be the first time I've been hit in the head!

hey ramie, how goes it
Been insanely busy around my parts. Just so much going on to do with the house, friends, etc.. Life is good! Been trying to jump on here to see what everyone has been up to, but that has only seemed to last no more than 10 minutes and Im pulled off to go do something else.

I'll give you the short version.

Carlisle, most of us made it, including Wolfie for a brief time.
Tim found a very very rare, 1 of 37 Big block, 4 speed, 66 Satelite convertible he ended up buying for a steal of a price and is hauling that back to CA
Tim has filled every square inch of space on his trailer and truck with parts for said Satellite.
Memike is helping his brother with cancer treatments.

That's about it

Just in from picking stuff in the garden. Got about a qt of beans from the few plants that survived. So far just enough snap peas to snack on while I'm out there. Will have a ton of tomatoes to deal with soon. Kale plants are doing awesome and I am the only one that eats it... Zucchini and yellow squash producing more than we can possibly use. Cucumbers are friggin monsters and did not turn yellow and die like they often did in past if not picked small. Even have some curled and this one tried to escape.

Started cleaning shop again.
I cant understand why it gets so dirty. Guess when i have steady work i never have time to clean it.
Seems to have slacked off some, gives me time to catch up a bit.

May even find time to service my mowers and cut some grass.
