Anyone use DragRaceCarParts.CO ??

Never heard of them but looks pretty good to me I see some deals.

Well, I just made an offer (about 13% less) on something they already had Summit/Jegs beat on by 18 bucks. We'll see what they say :)

Well, they were quick to respond. They counter offered 3% discount. This made them 30 dollars cheaper than Jegs/Summit. A good deal, but I'm not sure I'll do it. I may wait.....

Fell asleep trying to search for some parts. If you dont know exactly what your looking for good luck!

Alright, I did some negotiating back and forth with their "make an offer" program, and I was able to buy 62 dollars cheaper than Summit or Jegs, or anyone on ebay.

Now we'll see how their shipping performs....

I did the same and saved $38.95 (almost 5%) compared to both Summit or Jegs

Get anything, yet?
Yep. Shipping was about 4 "business" days. I was happy with them, and they saved me a little over 60 dollars compared to Jegs/Summit. Don't know how good their return policy or customer service would be, but I didn't have to deal with that.

might have to try them

oh yeah, I did all my dealings/best offers through email. There is a number you can call and talk in person, but I didn't have to. Not all parts have "best offer" option, but about 50% of what I looked at had the option.

I placed my order on 03/21. I received shipment tracking info on 03/23 and then received notice the UPS shipment is scheduled to be delivered today.

(update) I just received email notice that my purchase was delivered

(07/04/19) Update: I finally opened the shipping container and found they shipped the wrong part. I ordered a Quick Fuel 750 with annular boosters and they shipped a Quick Fuel with downleg boosters. My order clearly shows the PN for the annular-booster carb and their shipping paperwork clearly shows a different PN without the "AN" designation.
I immediately sent email notice to them and now waiting for their reply.
(07/08/19) I called and talked to someone there and was told they have a 30-day return policy. He also admitted they made a mistake. He said he sent notice to their warehouse to see if they will do an exchange since the error was theirs. So far he has not received a reply from the warehouse so he said he will call them tomorrow and let me know.

Yeah, I know I should have checked the shipment as soon as it arrived.

OK, here's the latest info. I never received a reply to my telephone call on 07/08/19 so I called again on 07/12/19 and was told (by the same person I talked to before) that he still hadn't heard anything from the warehouse. He also said he couldn't imagine there would be a problem since it was obviously their mistake. He promised, again, to contact the warehouse and would call me.
(07/15/19) No call or email yet so I called again. No answer to my call, it went to voicemail and I left a message
(07/16/19) Still no call or email so I called again. And again no answer. Went to voicemail.

I called Holley and spoke to one of their carburetor techs asking what can be done to convert the downleg booster carb I received in error to an annular booster carb that I ordered. After putting me on hold for a very short time, surprisingly the tech told me that Holley is going to do a free courtesy adjustment on my carb. I'll ship it to them, they'll convert it to an annular booster carb and return in to me. Return shipping to Holley is my responsibility, but they'll convert it and return it to me at no charge.
I'm interested to see if they send the same carb back in the Quick Fuel box that's currently marked "Q-750" or if I get a box back marked "Q-750-AN" which would lead me to believe they simply exchanged carbs. We'll see...

Surprise, surprise!
I just got a call from the guy at DragRaceCarParts.CO. He called my work number that I used for my 2nd call to him today - he didn't call my cell number that was used for all of my earlier calls to him. Kinda makes me think he was avoiding calling me back.
Anyway, after some stammering when I introduced myself and asked why I'd never received any replies he claimed he "finally" heard back from the warehouse and they would do an exchange after I paid a 10% restocking charge! They want me to pay $77 to restock a part they screwed up and shipped incorrectly in the beginning? Plus return shipping cost? I don't think so.
He claimed to be very happy to find out that I already contacted Holley/Quick Fuel and they are going to fix it for free.
But he didn't have anything to say when I told him that all the Mopar boards I post to have already heard about their lack of customer service.
I know I won't be doing any future business with them.

I just went through & checked their prices for rod & main bearings for my 416 build. They are higher than Summitt & Jegs.

but you can haggle the price..... I dealt with them once and they sold me my Doug Headers cheaper than anyone, shipped fast. ocdart didn't have the same experience as he got the wrong part.

Make no mistake, I also haggled price and received a good deal as mentioned in Post #10. It was the lack of customer service after the fact and refusal to make good on their mistake that I'm unhappy about.

Thanks 318. Will give em a shot.
I’ve had miss order & customer service issues with summit, jegs, laysons ,rock auto, accurate exhaust, classic industries & many others over the yrs. so WTF.

Kudos to Holley! The incorrect carb I received from DragRaceCarParts.CO was delivered to Holley last Friday. I received a telephone call this morning letting me know they converted the carb to annular boosters, flow checked the carb, and it's shipping back to me today.
I just received an email with the return shipment tracking number.
Now that's the way customer service is supposed to work!
