Pictures of cars and things of my past of my past

The blue road runner was bought in Danielsville right up the rod from where I live now. The oil pan was hit and had a hole in it. He wrecked the car while at home on leave and never fixed it. under 30k on it 383 4spd. It was used as a parts car to fix the red one which had a blone motor from racing it.

The red car was a race car that was street raced I knew the guy and drove the car at times. It said across the deck lid "Whats Happening is Drag Racing" It was a well known street Racer. The body had some bumps it needed a fender and door. The air grabber hood was hit on the blue car and the inner was twisted. I skinned the hood and put it on the red road runners hood frame. I changed the car to 4 speed. Built the motor and put the 355's from the blue road runner in. I used the complete drive line from the blue one.

This blue car had a large Copper head snake in it up under the dash. We killed it. The next day the shop was full of baby Copper heads

If you look in front of the Road runner on the picture below you can make out a light yellow Charger with a white fender. We painted the engine compartment the original color. It was a non vinyl R/T SE 440 auto power seat, windows and air. Dean B. He still has the car today as you see it in the picture. He came upon some hard times. He was separated. His wife sold the parts for the charger with another car she sold. I was talking to him at Carlilse Friday. I haven't seen him in years. He was looking for a grille. The cheapest nice grille he said was $1600.
