I think Moper meant engine and connected parts that turn when the engine is running but the car not moving.
If your wheel shakes AND it vibrates or shakes in neutral you have two problems and not just one.
That converter/flywheel issue sounds like a good start from what I have read of your posts.

You may have a bent front rim, tire bubble, or a worn steering part.
Even just a worn idler arm can cause tire shake also when it allows both wheels to sort of wobble from tow in changes.
