sport mirror installation

I just ordered a set of sport mirrors for my 1970 Duster from Classic Ind. and should have them in a few days! But I noticed that my drivers side door panel does not have the hole in it for the remote cable! So, does any one have a picture of the hole location in the door panel and some dimensions, along with any suggestion on how to put the hole in panel without destroying it would be helpful, I would guess I only have one shot at this!
