Do you have a website where you bought it from?

I came across a site selling a part I bought on eBay, same photo etc. It was 50 bucks less so I skeptically attempted to buy it. Got to the pay part a of the transaction and I decided to use a one-time account number from my Visa account and it would not go through. Ultimatly I I bought it on eBay and weeks later it was still shown for sale on the bogus site.
 
Funny, i posted it on wanted adds on FABO & FBBO. @ A week later i got an email with an email address of a guy wanting to sell them. So i emailed him. @ 24 hr later i got pictures and info from the guy. He gave me Paypal info and i paid . He wanted F&F or gift ? But i paid as if was for parts and paid the fees. He emailed me couple hrs later , said he was going to refund my payment because it was going to take him @ 14 days for the money to clear . I told him to call me so we could work this out , as i wanted the emblems. He said he would call in morning . We shall see ? He did refund my payment.

There are snakes in the grass everywhere. If he refunded it was because you would have gotten your money back when he failed to produce anyway. Everything spells scam.

Not sure how that could be, I have never seen that on Paypal

This shows an amount of trustworthiness might still be worth pursuing but I would not pay without some sort of protection.

Glad you did not call out the seller at this point, many people get all sideways when a deal does not go through as planned.

It shows no trustworthiness because Paypal would have refunded anyway. Had he paid F and F there is no recorse and the seller wants that being the buyer paid all fees.
